This is a full course meal prepared by the chef using seasonal ingredients.The main dish will be prepared on OFYR, an authentic direct flame grill from the Netherlands, the only one of its kind in Japan.Because we use charcoal, the meat in particular is very juicy thanks to the far infrared effect.Perfect for entertaining clients, dates, or just a nice lunch.(Appetizer platter + choice of pasta + bread + choice of main dish + coffee)
